The advantage of whole milk powder is that it requires less processing which ensures that important milk fats are retained. To support the best possible absorption of milk fats, whole milk powder contains the amino acid taurine. It contains carbohydrates derived solely from organic lactose. It is optimised with DHA (an omega-3 fatty aced) from algae oil, ALA and ARA (an omega-6 fatty acid).
