Description

MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides, also known as medium-chain fatty acids. This oil contains medium-chain fatty acids from capric acid, C10, and caprylic acid, C8. This neutral-tasting MCT oil can be used as part of a varied diet.

This oil is a combination of approx. 40 % capric acid and approx. 60 % caprylic acid.

The oil can be used in salads, sauces, smoothies or coffee drinks.

Recipe idea: Coffee with MCT Oil

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp MCT Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp organic butter
  • Dairy milk or plant-based milk alternative

Method of preparation: Add all the ingredients to a blender. Mix well until creamy and enjoy.
