Description

Made from gently de-oiled and finely ground sesame seeds, the flour contains about 10% - 12% sesame oil and vegetable protein. It gives your food a pleasantly nutty taste that is perfect for porridge and desserts!

Tip:

  • While baking, 10% to 20% of the flour can be replaced with sesame flour. Since it has a very good swelling capacity, just adjust the amount of liquid in the recipe accordingly!
