Mediterranea sauce by Salseria is a flavourful blend of cayenne and cherry bomb chilli peppers, Tropea onions, Gaeta olives and Pantelleria capers. This medium-hot composition is perfect for pizza, salads, sandwiches, bruschetta, pasta or for refining other sauces. The sauce is 100% natural, vegan and gluten-free. All ingredients are sourced from the Salento region in Italy and processed immediately after the harvest. It is free from artificial flavours and preservatives. A true highlight of Mediterranean cuisine!
