Description

Cardamom is something for luxury creatures. Besides saffron and vanilla, it is the third most expensive spice in the world. Its smoky, floral-sweet flavour plays an important role in Indian and Arabian cuisine.

Tips & Preparation:
Cardamom has been known to refine coffee and tea. IT is also an absolute must in gingerbread, cookies and bread and is a delicious addition to fruit salad, stewed or baked apples.

Tip: use carefully, sprinkling it over your dishes adds to the lovely scent!
