Venchi 85% Extra Dark Chocolate

"Cuor di Cacao" translates to "a heart made of cocoa and is a fitting name for this chocolate. The dark chocolate has a 85% cocoa content and is made using Ecuadorian cocoa. The chocolate is seasoned with a little vanilla and gently sweetened with sugar. No animal ingredients are used in the bar, it's vegan.

In contrast to many other dark chocolates, the intense chocolate flavour has no acidic nuances. The flavour unfolds particularly well if you let the chocolate slowly melt in your mouth piece by piece.
