This is exactly what a classic Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria should taste like. The DNA of the Polz family!

Made with grapes harvested from different vineyards, matured in steel tanks and ready to be savoured at any time. The nose is characterised by a subtle aroma of gooseberries, a juicy, elegant texture of peach and a hint of paprika. The crisp acidity is thoroughly enjoyable and represents the region perfectly. Fresh on the finish, very dry with a delicate touch of blossom honey. A splendid specimen!

A fantastic summer wine and a great accompaniment to light appetisers and salads.
