Make mulled wine quite simply: Warm up 0.75 liters of red wine and mix in 3 tablespoons of cane sugar (or vanilla sugar). Place 2-3 tablespoons of Ankerkraut's mulled wine spice into a tea strainer, and let seep. Do not let the punch boil, but only heat to around 80 degrees.
