Description

The "Tuvagliedda Rossa" is a centuries-old variety of bean, a rarity typical of the Basilicata region in southern Italy. Their characteristic colours of creamy white and wine red along with a hearty taste and tender bite make them a feast for the eyes and the palate. These beans are grown on an organic farm in Paterno specialising in rare local varieties of beans.

Tip: This beautiful bean can be used in cold and warm dishes. But it can also be cooked and pureed to make vegan spreads.
